1. Independent Fan Project

AllMinecraft.net is an independent, fan-created website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Mojang, Microsoft, or any official Minecraft-related entities. “Minecraft” and related trademarks are the property of Mojang Studios and Microsoft Corporation.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

By using the Site, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old. We rely on Discord’s age verification when users sign in. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, you may not use AllMinecraft.net in any form. We strive to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Accounts are created using Discord OAuth. We collect your Discord user ID, username, and email address when you register. You are responsible for all activities associated with your account. Sharing or selling accounts is prohibited. We may revoke access at our sole discretion.

4. Data Collection and Use

We collect and store the following information:

• Discord ID, username, and email (upon registration)
• Posts, comments, downloads, views, and votes you create
• Metadata associated with your activity (e.g., timestamps, IP addresses, browser data)

This data is used to operate the Site, personalize your experience, detect abuse, improve features, and serve ads. We never sell your data. Limited access may be granted to moderators or admins under confidentiality obligations. By using the Site, you consent to this usage and storage of your data.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Analyze usage and traffic (via Google Analytics)
• Serve personalized and third-party advertisements (via Google Ads)

• You are the original creator of the content

You retain full ownership of your content, but by posting it, you grant AllMinecraft.net a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, modify, repurpose, and distribute it in any form, including derivative works and promotional content.

Users may delete their posts. However, AllMinecraft.net reserves the right to retain backups, copies, or derivatives already created prior to deletion. We will never retain or display deleted content against your explicit request.

7. Prohibited Content and Behavior

You agree not to upload or share content that is:

• Harmful, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, or violent
• Sexually explicit, abusive, or excessively graphic
• Involving doxing, personal/private information, or stalking
• Malicious code (e.g., viruses, spyware, trojans)
• Copyrighted, plagiarized, or stolen from others
• Promoting illegal activity

AllMinecraft.net reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or harms the community in our sole discretion.

8. Verified Ranks and Manual Reviews

Certain ranks (e.g., “Verified Developer”) are issued manually after ownership verification. This may require you to prove ownership (such as placing a verification code on your official website). These ranks are privileges, not entitlements, and may be revoked at any time.

9. Enforcement, Suspension, and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, content, or access to the Site at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms, abuse, or behavior deemed harmful to the community. We are not required to provide notice or justification. We may also restrict or block IPs or accounts as needed to protect the platform.

10. Reporting and Disputes

If you believe content violates our rules or your rights, you may submit a report via our contact form or by emailing [email protected]. Please include relevant details and supporting evidence. We will investigate and take action at our sole discretion. Our decisions are final and binding.

11. Disclaimer of Warranty

AllMinecraft.net is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, accuracy, or security. Use the site at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AllMinecraft.net and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost data, account bans, or downtime.
